Founder & CEO
Was founded in 2016 by Flora Elizabeth Radcliffe-Hooks, a traveling nurse and phlebotomist with more than 20 years of experience.
After witnessing healthcare professionals being treated as numbers instead of people, Flora set out to build a staffing company rooted in respect, compassion, and family values.
Today, QRMS is an award-winning, family-owned medical staffing company connecting exceptional healthcare professionals with meaningful opportunities while providing the support and care they deserve.
