About

Service. Commitment.
Compassion.

History

After 20+ years of experience working in the medical field as a local and traveling Nurse/Phlebotomist, Flora E. Radcliffe-Hooks (QRMS Founder & CEO) along with her colleagues, had developed serious concerns.
The neglect of the staffing agencies towards her and other workers on top of the typical challenges of the medical field, were making her work experience increasingly difficult.
At one point, it became clear that the workers well-being was the least of their priorities as staffing agencies.
It was upon that realization that Flora began to develop an ambitious idea.
What if she could start her own staffing agency but with a difference: a strong humanized and compassionate treatment towards every employee targeting and addressing each of the concerns she and her colleagues had?
Fast-foward to march of 2016: QRMS is born from a woman's dream of making the Medical Staffing industry a more compassionate and prosperous place.
Today, QRMS continues to grow daily, holding a 5-star Facebook rating, as well as other distinguished awards such as the SBA’s small business woman of the year (2022).
